• Comic artwork, scripts, or text files uploaded through future early-access platform features remain your intellectual property.
• Voxlution will not use uploaded copyrighted material to train, retrain, or fine-tune machine-learning models without your explicit consent under a separate written agreement.

5. AI Voice Ethics and Data Safety

Voice-synthesis models demonstrated on the Site use authorized or ethically sourced voice assets. We do not knowingly accept material intended to clone or duplicate an individual’s voice without the required legal rights and consent.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain waitlist contact information while you remain subscribed or while reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Security and rate-limit data may be retained for shorter operational periods. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

The Site may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security, fraud prevention, and visitor preferences. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.
