Terms of Service for Voxlution

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or browsing the Site, or by requesting early access, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services.

2. Early Access Applications

Applying for early access does not guarantee enrollment in a Voxlution testing program. We may approve or deny applications, modify eligibility rules, or end temporary access at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our content: The Site’s original design, branding, layouts, code, underlying engine technology, and pre-rendered audiovisual demonstration materials are owned by Voxlution or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
• Your content: Artwork, comic panels, scripts, or text you own and provide during early-access interactions remain yours. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your creative assets to Voxlution.

4. Prohibited Uses

When using the Site and interactive previews, you agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or spiders to extract code, text, images, or audio except as permitted by law or our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to copy protected portions of the demonstration engine except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the Site or its hosting infrastructure.
• Use Voxlution outputs or brand assets to create unlawful deepfakes or unauthorized vocal replicas of public figures, performers, or any other person.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and interactive demonstrations are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Voxlution disclaims express and implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, browser compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, and the accuracy of early-stage AI or audiovisual demonstrations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voxlution and its founders, personnel, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site, including downtime, loss of data, or browser and device issues.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, legal proceedings arising under these Terms must be filed in courts located in Delaware.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will show when revisions take effect. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
